These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LogMaru website and the LogMaru desktop application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LogMaru (website or application), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the service.
2. Scope of Service
LogMaru is provided as-is without registration, membership, or user accounts. The desktop application runs locally on your device and does not require online authentication.
3. License
LogMaru grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the application on your personal device for your own purposes.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code.
- Modify or create derivative works based on the software.
- Redistribute the software without permission.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in LogMaru belong to the developer. You may not claim ownership of the software or its components.
5. Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the service in a way that violates applicable laws.
- Interfere with the operation of the service or others’ use.
- Attempt unauthorized access to network resources or systems.
6. No Warranty
The software and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use LogMaru, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data,
- Business interruption,
- Indirect or consequential damages.
8. Changes to the Software
The developer may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts or all of LogMaru at any time without prior notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
10. Changes to Terms
The developer may revise these Terms at any time. Revisions take effect when they are posted. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent changes.
